WEBSITE EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you may exchange it for another item or for a store credit. Items must be post marked no later than 7 days from delivery and must be in the same condition as they were shipped to you in. Certain rules and restrictions apply below.
To return and item back to us please click the link at the bottom of the page to download and print the Exchange/Store-Credit RMA Request Form.
Follow the simple easy to follow instructions on how to return your item and include the form in your return.
Details:
-Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt
-All returns/exchanges require a Returns Authorization Number (RA#)
-All sale items, cosmetic, fragrance & beauty items and Layaways are a final sale
-Store Credit and or Exchange amount will be for the total amount less any S/H amount you were charged
-You are responsible for shipping and insurance on the item(s) you are mailing back to us
-Exchanges or new orders may be charged shipping/handling fees which may not be used by store credit
-Rodeo Drive Resale may refuse any returns which do not clearly show the RMA number
-Any item(s) returned that are not in the same condition as shipped will be sent back and refused credit
*Anything refers to regular priced items excluding sale items, layaways and cosmetic , fragrance & beauty items.
