 ABOUT US- What is Rodeo Drive Resale?
Rodeo Drive Resale is a high-end consignment and discount retailer. RDR only sells the highest designer names and items in new or like new condition. Some items are new and some are pre-owned, however all items are in pristine condition.


 ABOUT US- Where does Rodeo Drive Resale get its merchandise?
RDR gets its merchandise from a variety of sources. We recieve extra stock from high-end boutiques across the world, most of these items are brand new. Some of our items come from stylists, celebrity closets, T.V. and Movie studios and some of the best dressed woman in the world.


 ACCOUNT- How do I setup a new account?
You can setup your own account which shows your order history. When you place your first order, you will be asked to login or create your new account. Follow the steps to create your account.


 AUTHENTICITY- Are all the items you sell authentic?
Yes. All the items sold online are guaranteed authentic for life. See our policies with the 100% Authenticity Guarantee for more information.


 CONSIGNMENT- Can I sell or consign my items at Rodeo Drive Resale?
Yes. Rodeo Drive Resale takes in items on consignment and buys items out-right from people if they meet the criteria for consignment. See Consignment in the main menu for more details.

 ORDERS- Is it safe to order on-line?
Yes, Rodeo Drive Resale uses state-of-the-art encryption technology. Through THAWTE SSL Security Certificates all your information is sent completely secure over the internet. When checking out you will see the THAWTE Certificate with today's date showing our certificates are up to date.


 ORDERS- I can't adjust the quantites of what I want to order higher than 1, why is that?
Since Rodeo Drive Resale is a consignment boutique we mostly have only one of each item available. Though when we recieve new items from other boutiques we sometimes have a quantity greater than just one, most of everything we have is limited to only one.


 ORDERS- How can I place an order?
You may place an order by two methods. First by adding an item(s) you would like to purchase into your shopping cart and processing your order on-line. Second by placing an order by calling us toll-free 1-888-MY-RESALE and speaking to a customer service representative who will be happy to take your order over the phone. Ordering online is available 24 hours. Customer Service is available during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday.


 ORDERS- How can I see my previous or pending orders?
When placing a domestic order for the first time you are prompted to enter your email address and a password. You may go to the sidebar of any page to the login window and enter your email address and the password you created to login. If you are having problems you may email us for assistance.


 ORDERS- How long does it take to process my order?
We strive to process your order and have it shipped ASAP. Normally processing takes 1-3 business days from when you place your order. For shipping times please see Shipping below.


 ORDERS- Should I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, All domestic orders should receive an automated confirmation within 24 hours of placing their orders along with an email receipt for their credit card payment. International customers do not receive an automated confirmation but should receive an email confirmation within 72 hours of placing their orders.


 PAYMENT- What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard.


 PAYMENT- My credit card is being declined; I know this can't be the case. What can I do?
There are issues with different credit cards for various reasons. Please check that your bill-to name and address appears exactly as it does on the statement from your financial insitution. Also, confirm that the credit card number and expiration date are correct. You may also want to make sure your CVV number you are entering matches that on your credit card. Please call your financial institution to verify your information. Our customer service is also available to help answer any questions.


 PAYMENT- What is a CVV number?
The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On Mastercard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.


 PRODUCTS- Are the items you sell New or Pre-Owned?
Both. Rodeo Drive Resale sells both new and pre-owned designer items. Each item is clearly marked in the description.


 PRODUCTS- How do you offer such deep discounts?
Rodeo Drive Resale sells items from boutiques and private owners. Once an item is removed from a retail store the "resale" value changes dramatically. Rodeo Drive Resale makes deals with both private owners and boutiques for their inventory at great discounts which we offer to our customers.


 PRODUCTS- How can I tell what the condition of an item is?
By clicking on an item you will go to the description where it states the condition of the item. Each item is listed with the condition details.


 PRODUCTS- How do I know if something will fit me since sizes vary?
Each item is listed with both the size and the measurements of the item. By checking the measurements you can see if an item will fit you even if the size may differ than what you normally wear.


 RETURNS/EXCHANGES- What is your return/exchange policy?
Rodeo Drive Resale offers a refund on most items purchased. Please see our Returns Page under the Assistance tab for details.


 SALES- Do you offer Layaway?
Yes. Rodeo Drive Resale has an extensive 30 or 60-day layaway plan for any item over $50.00. Please see the Layaway tab on the main menu for more details.


 SHIPPING- How do you calculate shipping/handling charges?
Your shipping and handling charges are calculated by the weight of an item and the dimensions of the box relevant to what our carrier, UPS charges. When you enter your zip code, the UPS calculator takes your specific orders information along with your zip code and calculates what UPS will charge us for your shipment.


 SHIPPING- How do you ship my Domestic order?
All domestic U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are shipped by UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day or UPS Overnight. Hawaii and Alaska are shipped USPS (postal service) Priorty 3-4 Day or USPS Express Overnight.


 SHIPPING- Is my order insured when shipped? What is covered?
Yes. Your shipping charges include full insurance on your order total. This includes your items, and taxes (if any) charged and the amount you paid for shipping. Your items are covered against loss, theft and damage during shipment. Some conditions and restrictions apply to insurance reimbursements.


 SHIPPING- Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, with exceptions. RDR ships world wide but not to all countries do to security reasons. RDR will not ship to Nigeria or Indonesia. RDR also reserves the right to deny shipment to other countries.


 SHIPPING- How do you ship my International order?
International orders to Canada are shipped by UPS Standard service which is equivalent to UPS ground domestic. All overseas orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Express Air Mail.
